Studies have shown that there is a direct connection between the presence of trees and a decline in stress level. Contact with nature can have a powerful and therapeutic effect by reducing the stress response of the body and mind, improving both mental and physical abilities and decreasing anxiety, depression and anger. Just enjoying a painting hanging on your wall can have a similar effect as it calms and destresses while healing the mind and the heart.

My latest collection is of birch and Aspen trees and I will be introducing more of these in the coming weeks.
